1. The retailer must not be on our list of retailers from time to time (“the non-listed retailer”)
2. The non-listed retailer’s price must be current and either advertised on the web or be evidenced in a formal written quote to the persons wanting to avail themselves of this Price Beat Guarantee.
3. The non-listed retailer must be an Australian ‘bricks and mortar’ retailer

6. The product and packaging must be new and undamaged.
7. The price must not be conditional on purchasing other products in a package.

The price of the product from our competitor must show product price and freight price separately and the freight price must stipulate whether delivery is to a retailer or a depot or to a driveway.
